Day 1

What's up reader(s). This is my blog to chronicle my journey with the Abercrombie Workout from www.abercrombieworkout.com.  haven't seen any yet, so I thought I'd give it a go. A bew month ago I was 165 pounds, overweight and lazy, never had a girlfriend so I decided I'd make a change. I lost a bit of weight, I'm now 154 pounds but I'm still unhappy with my body. I wanna be ripped! I want to look aesthetic like an abercrombie model (who doesn't). And the health benefits are a plus to the women :P

Anyway, I thought I'd start this blog as a way to encourage others and myself. I'll update every few days and I'll post progress pictures after each phase. Today I start phase I, wish me luck!

Weight - 154 pounds (11 stone)
